American actor, Matthew McConaughey was born on November 4th, 1969 in Uvalde, Texas in the United States of America.
After relocating to Longview, Texas, in 1980, McConaughey went on to enroll at Longview High School. He traveled to Australia in 1988 with the intention of attending a high school in Sydney.
As a Rotary Youth Exchange student, he spent a year living in Warnervale, New South Wales, where he attended Gorokan High School and worked as a bank teller for ANZ and an attorney’s assistant.
